1. General Provisions and Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — The 67ace website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has completed registration on the 67ace platform and is using its services.
• "Account" — Each individual user account registered on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or reward provided by 67ace.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before becoming eligible to withdraw bonus funds.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. Both the Bengali and English versions of these Terms carry the same meaning; however, in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on the 67ace platform is available only to those aged 21 or above. You must provide accurate information about your actual age at the time of registration. If it is established at any time that a member registered while under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed and all winnings earned will be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. 67ace may request necessary documents for verification at any time, and the user is obligated to provide them.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

Ensuring the security of a user's account is entirely the user's own responsibility. The following rules must be followed in this regard:

• Keep your password strong and unique, and never share it with any third party.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 67ace support team immediately.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in another person's account is prohibited.
• No illegal activity may be conducted using your account.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, do not forget to log out after your session is complete.

67ace will not be held responsible if another person accesses a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

67ace currently processes transactions through the following Mobile Financial Service (MFS) methods available in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

After a withdrawal request is verified and approved, funds generally reach the user's mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this timeframe may vary in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• The mobile wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.
• In cases of money laundering or suspicious financial activity, 67ace reserves the right to suspend the relevant transaction and conduct an investigation.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

67ace offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳10,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• To receive a bonus, the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion must be met.
• If multiple accounts are created for the purpose of earning bonuses, all associated bonuses will be cancelled.
• 67ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair and equal opportunity for all users on the 67ace platform, certain activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any type of software, bot, or automated method.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Attempting to defraud the system by colluding with other users or acting as a group.
• Any form of manipulation intended to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If any of the above activities are proven, 67ace reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all associated balances.

7. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

7.1 Account Closure by 67ace

67ace may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Orders from a court or government authority.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the 67ace support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, unless an investigation into a terms violation is ongoing.

8. Responsible Gaming

67ace believes that gaming or betting should be an enjoyable activity and should not in any way cause financial or psychological harm. To this end, the platform has the following safeguards in place:

• Deposit Limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Any user can request to exclude themselves from the platform for a specified period.
• Reality Check: A reminder system that activates at set intervals.

• Any loss suffered by a user as a result of their account being suspended due to illegal activity.

67ace always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform, but it is not possible to guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 67ace platform — such as logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 67ace or its licensors. Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written permission from 67ace.
• Use them for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer or decompile them.

12. Changes to Terms and Termination

67ace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via their account in the event of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

67ace reserves the right to discontinue the service in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason. In the event of a service closure, arrangements will be made to return valid balances.
